Aucnet engages in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Activities in constantly working on improvement activities so as to provide services in a smoother and more efficient manner. We strive to provide our customers and clients with the highest level of service.

Aucnet has established internal and external committees to ensure that all our employees constantly adopt high ethical standards and act in accordance with social rules. We have also set in place structures to preemptively prevent conduct that violates (or that my potentially violate) the law.

Aucnet holds a Business Academy each year for all employees who wish to attend in which the tuition is free of charge. We offer opportunities for all employees to acquire business skills according to their position.

Self-Development Support Program

Aucnet offers a correspondence education system to all employees who wish to participate. To accommodate those with the desire to voluntarily strive to develop their own capabilities, the program is offered without any upper limits placed on the courses that can be taken, and the company bears 100% of the costs.
