We contribute to an environmentally friendly information distribution by delivering valuable services and latest information and by promoting rational distribution.
With the aim of ensuring reliability of information, we acknowledge that it is our extremely important responsibility to protect all information collected from customers and business partners, our information systems and operational expertise from any kinds of threat and handle them properly. To achieve this goal, we established our basic policies on information security described below. We are committed to follow and maintain these policies.
Basic Policies
- (1) Compliance with Rules and Agreements
We comply with rules and regulations regarding information security and non-disclosure agreements contracted with customers and business partners.
- (2) Establishment of Organization
To ensure organizational and continuous implementation of information security management, we appoint the ISMS management representative and establish the ISMS committee.
- (3) Education and Training
We establish the code of conduct for proper handling of information assets and implement appropriate education and training every year to enhance employees' (all those who work for Aucnet) awareness for information security.
- (4) Maintaining and Improving Security Management
To ensure the value of information assets (confidentiality, integrity, and availability), we assess risks every year, take an appropriate management measure, maintain and improve security management.
- (5) Countermeasures for Accidents/Incidents
If an accident occurs, we will take measures to limit the extent of damage, and strive to take preventive and improvement measures.
