Appropriate follow-up measures to successful bids
Disputes about products purchased in the auction have rarely occurred, with the average of less than one percent of successful bids in each auction. Even if a dispute occurs, Aucnet will be responsible for negotiation between buyers and sellers until the dispute is solved. In such a case, there is no need for members to communicate directly.

As a general rule, Aucnet membership applicants must be certified as secondhand dealers for one year or more. Applicants must have its permanent business office and actually conduct business operation.
- Question 2: Are there any documents required for membership?
Applicants are requested to submit documents described below for our membership examination based on Aucnet rules.
